Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement: By subscribing to our digital cable services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, and policies set forth by the service provider. These terms govern your access, usage, and payment obligations for the provided services.

2. Payment Gateway Usage: All payments for installation, subscription renewals, and additional services must be completed through our authorized and secure payment gateway. We use encrypted payment processing systems to ensure data privacy and protect against unauthorized transactions.

3. Accepted Payment Methods: Customers can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or COD (Cash on Delivery) options, depending on availability. The chosen payment method must belong to the subscriber or be used with their explicit consent.

4. Billing Cycle: All packages and subscriptions operate on a prepaid monthly billing cycle. Renewal reminders are sent through SMS or email before expiration. Non-renewal may result in automatic suspension of service until payment is completed.

5. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, a confirmation message or email will be sent to the registered contact details. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain proof of payment for future reference.

6. Refund Policy: Payments made through the gateway are non-refundable after activation of service. However, in case of transaction failure or duplicate payments, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

7. Payment Failures: If a payment fails due to gateway issues or insufficient balance, the customer must retry the transaction. The service provider is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

8. Service Activation: Services will be activated only after successful payment confirmation. Delayed or partial payments may lead to postponement of activation or rejection of the connection request.

9. Security of Transactions: All payment data is encrypted and processed via secure channels. We do not store sensitive financial information such as CVV numbers or passwords on our servers.

10. Disconnection Due to Non-Payment: Services may be temporarily or permanently disconnected if payment is not received before the renewal date. Reactivation will require payment of outstanding dues and reactivation charges, if applicable.

11. Modification of Charges: The provider reserves the right to revise subscription rates or taxes based on regulatory updates or service upgrades. Customers will be notified prior to implementation.

12. Chargebacks and Disputes: In the event of a chargeback claim or dispute, the service provider reserves the right to suspend service until resolution. False claims may result in permanent account termination.

13. Account Responsibility: The subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and payment details associated with their account.

14. Cancellation Policy: Customers wishing to discontinue service must provide a written or digital notice at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

15. Fraud Prevention: Transactions detected as suspicious or fraudulent may be held for verification or canceled at the provider’s discretion without liability for delay or cancellation.

16. Service Continuity: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors. No compensation is provided for such interruptions unless specified under an SLA (Service Level Agreement).

17. Communication Consent: By using our services, customers consent to receive transactional messages, notifications, and service alerts through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

18. Governing Law: All payment and billing-related matters will be governed by the laws applicable in India and subject to the jurisdiction of local consumer courts.

19. Limitation of Liability: The provider is not responsible for losses resulting from payment gateway downtime, customer error, or unauthorized access to payment devices.

20. Acceptance of Terms: Completing a payment or continuing to use our services signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Customers are advised to review them periodically for updates.
